Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Scorpions Tryouts

Currently there is no charge for player tryouts with the New York Scorpions.

Scorpions Showcase

All registration fees for the New York Scorpions program are non-refundable. Once a player is registered and payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including schedule changes, injuries, or personal conflicts. If your player chooses to leave the organization prior to the conclusion of the season or is dismissed from the team due to rule violations or disciplinary reasons, these fees are non-refundable. Any unpaid fees will be payable immediately upon a player’s voluntary decision to leave the team. Please consider your availability and commitment before completing registration.

Scorpions Academy

All registration fees for the New York Scorpions program are non-refundable. Once a player is registered and payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including schedule changes, injuries, or personal conflicts. If your player chooses to leave the organization prior to the conclusion of the season or is dismissed from the team due to rule violations or disciplinary reasons, these fees are non-refundable. Scorpions Camps

All payments for the New York Scorpions Winter Workout Programs, Camps, or Clinics are non-refundable. Once a player is registered and payment is submitted, funds cannot be returned, transferred, or credited for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, missed sessions, injury, or withdrawal from the program. This policy ensures the organization can secure facility time, coaching staff, and training resources for the full duration of the program. Please be sure to review your schedule and availability before submitting payment.
